Artist Tutorial for Photoshop - Guitar Grunge

This is the first of a series of Tutorials created because of horrifying memories of trying to follow tutorials when I first started doing graphics.
I think you all know what I am talking about.
The tutorials that somehow leave out that one critical step..Or give partial directions, leaving you as lost as Hansel and Gretel?
Ya.. we are all familiar with those.

Anyway, I am doing these Tutes from the ground up, with the supposition that the person I am writing these for is opening Photoshop for the first time.
I am not doing these Tutes so that you can just make a 'copy' of what I have done here. These Tutes are going to provide some solid techniques that are not just extremely useful, but give you some design tools with which to make your own creations. And that is what it is all about, isn't it?.


This first Tute- Guitarist- shows some blending and path techniques that are VERY simple but VERY cool- and can help you add some professionalism to your designs.
Now go dig into your stock photos or pictures, find two images that you want to work with, and lets get started.
